Job summary

Exmouth Pharmacy in Exmouth is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to support daily pharmacy operations and serve customers at the counter. You will undertake a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship while working in a busy community setting.

The role offers hands-on training, full supervision, and the chance to gain a recognised pharmacy qualification within approximately 15 months. Pay starts at £8 per hour, with delivery of blended learning alongside the job.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers at the medicines counter and responding to queries.
• Assisting with the preparation and supply of prescriptions (under supervision).

• Using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality.
• Working as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
