Job summary

Weldricks is seeking a Pharmacy Relief Assistant/Technician/Web Assistant to support daily pharmacy operations in Doncaster. You will implement customer care policies, follow dispensing processes, and hand over key information to the next shift to ensure smooth branch operations.

The role covers branch procedures, BPM compliance for branches and the web shop, and maintaining safety, stock presentation, and secure cash handling. An emphasis on training and updating knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Read, understand and sign all SOPs.
• Meet GPhC standards of conduct.
• Maintain NHS Smartcard with appropriate branch access.
• Be competent in web shop departments.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Weldricks customer care policy to the highest standards.
• Follow company dispensing processes and your training.
• Handover and summarise information for the next shift.
• Follow BPM for branches & web shop.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness in the shop and premises.
• Follow cash, security and accounting procedures.
