Job summary

Ddgroup is recruiting Pharmacy Packing Operatives in the United Kingdom to support our pharmacy supply operations. The role emphasises accuracy and timely dispatch, with a focus on handling fragile items and using courier systems.

No previous experience is required as we offer an excellent training plan and opportunities to move between departments. A friendly, family-like environment and strong benefits are highlighted in the package.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders are picked and packed correctly whilst attending to the method of delivery, in particular for fragile items.
• Correct and report on all discrepancies such as stock issues and batch issues
• Ensure all orders are checked against the information on the Pick Lists, Dispatch Note and Invoice whilst using the computer and Courier systems.
• Receive all goods from suppliers and ensure all stock queries are brought to the attention of the Team Leader.
• Assist other departments within the operation where required.
• Work to deadlines at all times to ensure orders are Dispatched and Invoiced to meet delivery schedules.
