You’ll be supported from day one with acomprehensive 10-week induction and training programme, equipping youwith the tools to thrive and progress quickly within the organisation.Once established, you’ll enjoy autonomy to shape the service, developyour team, and grow the pharmacy as if it were your own.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage theday-to-day operations of the pharmacy
• Deliver a wide range ofcommunity services, including prescription fulfilment, medicationadvice, and clinical support
• Supervise all aspects ofprocurement, preparation, and dispensation of medicines
• Ensure regulatory compliance and consistently high levels ofpatient care
• Foster a positive, productive team culture
• Salary up to £64,900
• 4-day work week (44 hours)

Requirement:

• MPharm qualification and GPhCregistration
