Meridian Business Support are proud to be working on behalf of a major pharmaceutical company based in Minehead. They are looking for a Pharmacy Manager to lead a team of pharmacists and counter staff.

Role: Pharmacy Duty Manager
Term: Permanent
Salary: £44990 - £66000 per annum
Location: Minehead

The role

• As a Pharmacy Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on others’ lives. Whether you’re supporting pharmacists, providing top-notch services to customers, or fostering community spirit, your work will touch the lives of hundreds of people every day.

You will be responsible for

• Supplying prescriptions, delivering a range of NHS and Private services, and providing healthcare advice to customers.
• Playing an active role in our charities support program, giving advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
• Leading, training, and developing colleagues.
• Using a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available, so we’re always there to meet our customers’ needs.

You will need

• A Pharmacy Degree.
• A passion for leading and empowering a team.
• Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups.
• Completion of a DBS check (organised by the client) before employment.
