Tesco Pharmacy is seeking a Duty Pharmacy Manager to lead a busy pharmacy team, deliver NHS and Private services, and provide trusted healthcare advice to our customers in Leigh on Sea. You will play a key role in community health initiatives and help develop colleagues through leadership training and mentorship.

We offer flexible-working possibilities, ongoing leadership training partnerships with health charities, and a supportive environment where ideas for improvement are welcomed.

Competenze

• Pharmacy degree required.
• Ability to lead and empower a team.
• GPhC registration and PVG scheme involvement; assistance provided during onboarding.
• DBS check to be completed before employment.

Mansioni

• Supply prescriptions and NHS/Private services; provide healthcare advice to customers.
• Support charity programs and community health initiatives for at-risk groups (cancer, heart disease, diabetes).
• Assist Pharmacy Manager to lead, train and develop colleagues.
• Help build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GP surgeries.
• Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS items.
