Job summary

Tesco PLC is recruiting a Duty Pharmacy Manager to lead a team within our in-store pharmacy. You will help deliver NHS and private services, advise customers on healthcare needs, and support the Pharmacy Manager in staff development and local partnerships.

We value flexible working, a strong focus on patient care, and building links with Primary Care Networks and GP surgeries, all while ensuring accurate NHS claims and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required and GPhC registered.
• Willingness to join PVG scheme and undergo DBS check.
• Experience leading pharmacy teams and delivering NHS services.

Responsibilities

• Supply prescriptions and deliver NHS and Private services to customers.
• Provide healthcare advice to customers.
• Lead, train and develop colleagues.
• Build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GP surgeries.
• Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.
