Job summary

Clarity Pharma Ltd is expanding its private online pharmacy team, seeking a Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant to support the dispensing process and ensure accurate, efficient patient service across the UK.

You will dispense prescriptions, maintain records, assist with stock control, and communicate with patients by phone, email, and online messaging, while upholding GDPR and SOP standards in a fast-paced online pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately in line with SOPs and legal requirements.
• Label, assemble and prepare medicines for pharmacist checks.
• Maintain accurate prescription records and dispensing data.
• Monitor stock levels and support stock control procedures.
• Respond to patient enquiries via telephone, email, and online messaging.
• Assist with prescription processing, order tracking and dispatch.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and colleagues for smooth operations.
