Job summary

The Boots Company PLC is offering a Trainee Dispenser role based in-store in the UK. You will support the pharmacist and healthcare team while you complete the Dispenser training (NVQ2). No prior experience is required and full training is provided.

As you learn, you’ll greet customers, dispense prescriptions, and provide advice to help patients make informed health choices. A UK right to work is required and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn and complete the Dispenser training programme (NVQ2).
• Current and valid UK right to work. This role is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete your training for the Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2 programme.
• Dispense prescriptions while ensuring the safe supply of medicines.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to deliver pharmacy services.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines and how to use them safely.
• Follow SOPs to support legal dispensing and maintain safety standards.
