Job summary

AesthiPharma is seeking a Pharmacy Dispenser to support safe, accurate dispensing and fulfilment of prescriptions. The role involves processing prescriptions, preparing products for dispatch, and maintaining high patient safety and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced aesthetics setting.

You will work closely with the Responsible Pharmacist, other pharmacy staff, warehouse and sales teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, while upholding strict confidentiality and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Essential: Previous experience working in a pharmacy dispensing environment.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions accurately in line with procedures and legislation.
• Label products correctly and ensure pharmacist checks before release or dispatch.
• Assist with order fulfilment, packaging and dispatch.
• Maintain stock accuracy, FEFO rotation and expiry-date checks.
• Maintain dispensing records and documentation to support audits.
