Cutlers Hill Surgery is looking for an experienced Dispenser to join our dispensary team. The role involves processing prescriptions, ensuring accuracy, and delivering high-quality patient care in a busy practice.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 2 Pharmacy/Dispensary Assistant qualification and previous dispensing experience, with strong communication and computer skills. This is a part-time, permanent position at our Suffolk site.

Formación

• Must have NVQ Level 2 Pharmacy/Dispensary Assistant.
• Experience in a dispensary or pharmacy setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident with computer systems and software.
• Attention to detail and patient-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Check medicines against prescriptions.
• Refer medication queries to clinician or duty doctor.
• Issue medications at the dispensary hatch.
• Ensure FP10 declarations are completed and signed.
• Learn and use SystmOne to process orders and manage stock.
• Assist with dispensary administration and cashing up.
• Provide a professional, courteous service to patients.
• Participate in stock management and dispensary housekeeping.
