Job summary

Superdrug is recruiting for a friendly, customer-focused role in Canterbury. We welcome applicants from qualified Dispensers or those starting out as a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant. 20 hours per week, with pay from £13.00 to £13.30 per hour depending on qualification and experience, and a strong development pathway.

You'll support counter sales, assist in the dispensary, and help maintain high presentation standards while learning new services in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) required or a keen interest in healthcare to start as a trainee.
• No prior experience required—passion for healthcare and customer service.
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Team player or able to work independently.
• Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to training in additional services.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment.
• Delivering exceptional service across the pharmacy counter and dispensary.
• Ensuring customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising.
