Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Pharmacy Dispenser to support the daily operation of our Tesco Pharmacy, dispensing prescriptions with care and accuracy, and offering trusted advice to customers. You’ll join a collaborative team in a flexible role with shifts scheduled within open availability.

Qualifications

• Experience or qualifications gained from working in a Pharmacy environment.
• A desire to train and develop into the Pharmacy field.
• A passion for delivering great service and helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of a modern Tesco Pharmacy as part of a collaborative team.
• Accurately dispense prescription medicines with attention to detail and customer care.
• Provide friendly, confident advice to customers on medicines, ailments, and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products responsibly.
• Handle queries within competence and escalate when needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and SOP compliance.
• Ensure prescription administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Support promotional activities and company initiatives.
