Job summary

Tesco Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Dispenser to join our store team. You will support daily pharmacy operations, accurately dispensing prescriptions and advising customers with care. The role emphasises attention to detail, patient safety, and high service standards within a collaborative environment.

We offer a flexible schedule with a minimum guaranteed 16 hours per week, and opportunities to work in stores within or beyond the M25.

Qualifications

Experience or qualifications gained from working in a Pharmacy environment.
Desire to train and develop into the Pharmacy field.
Passion for delivering great service and helping customers.
Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
Willingness to follow Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities

Support the daily operation of a modern Tesco Pharmacy as part of a collaborative team.
Accurately dispense prescription medicines with strong attention to detail and customer care.
Provide friendly, confident advice to customers on medicines, common ailments, and available pharmacy services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products responsibly.
Handle queries within competence and escalate when needed.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with all SOPs.
Ensure all prescription administration is completed accurately and on time.
Support promotional activities and company initiatives.
