• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products responsibly.
• Handle queries within competence and escalate when needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with SOPs.
• Ensure all prescription administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Support promotional activities and company initiatives.
