Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Dispenser to join our in-store pharmacy team in the UK. You will support the Pharmacist and healthcare professionals, dispensing prescriptions and providing medicines advice to patients. The role emphasizes safe dispensing, customer care, and adherence support in a busy retail environment.

The position requires NVQ2 Pharmacy or progress toward an MPharm year 1, and eligibility to work in the UK. London locations offer hourly rates; remote applicants are not accepted.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 Pharmacy or pursuing with first year of MPharm.
• Current UK right to work; not sponsoring visa.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions while ensuring safe supply of medicines.
• Collaborate with pharmacy team to support pharmacy services.
• Provide medicines advice and refer queries to Pharmacist as needed.
• Follow SOPs for safe, legal dispensing of prescriptions.
• Keep up with new store innovations and SOP compliance.
• Help patients manage repeats and medicines to promote adherence.
