What you’ll be doing day to day.

As a Dispenser, you will deliver exceptional customer care. It’s more than providing medicine; it’s creating a reassuring experience. Small gestures, like a friendly chat, can make a big difference. Using your expertise and advice, you’ll help our customers feel at ease. You’ll also inform them about our health services and how they can benefit. Supporting the Pharmacy team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer queries. Your personable service and attention to detail will encourage customers to return, helping us make them feel good in many ways.

How will you do it?

Build strong relationships with the Pharmacy team to enhance our advice and customer experience. Share your knowledge; it can make a significant difference. Know our customers to improve our service. By passing on feedback and taking action, you’ll contribute to enhancing our care. We pride ourselves on high standards and aim to meet our customers’ needs effectively.

What you’ll need to have.

We’re looking for friendly individuals who enjoy working as part of a team. This role offers a great opportunity for personal development and learning more about our business.
