Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy in Heanor, Derbyshire, seeks a dedicated Healthcare Partner to support branch operations and patient care. The role is casual, with flexibility to cover holidays and sickness, and offers the chance to strengthen pharmacy service delivery in a community setting.

You will participate in all branch processes, build relationships with customers and healthcare professionals, and assist in delivering pharmacy services.

Qualifications

• Evidence of NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent and MCA qualification is required.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment, with strong confidentiality and accuracy in handling medications.

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate.

Additionally, we are looking for candidates with experience working in a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to handle medications accurately.
