Day Lewis Pharmacy in Colchester is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Dispenser/Technician to support the dispensary and patient-focused service. Training and induction are provided, with potential progression to Pharmacy Technician roles.

The role includes assisting pharmacists, working on the front counter, and being part of a compact team within a family-owned chain committed to growth and development in medicine and clinical care.

Qualifications

37.5 hours per week.
Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with 1hr unpaid lunch when the pharmacy is closed

The first stage of this career path at Pharmacy Assistant level is settlinginto our team and completing the Day Lewis Induction training. Then depending on previous pharmacy experience you may need to complete a pharmacy assistant course which can take between3-6 months.

Reporting directly to the Pharmacist Manager, your support at Pharmacy Assistant level is vital to the team in the provision of advanced and enhanced services.

Assist the Pharmacist in developing the pharmacy business by ensuring the dispensary delivers a superb level of customer service and operates effectively with regards to company policies and procedures.
Assist on the front counter and be a great welcome and support to patients.
You will be an integral part of a small, hard-working and compact team.
Developing relationships with patients and healthcare organisations to ensure that we deliver the most effective and patient friendly customer service.
