Asda is hiring a Pharmacy Colleague in Donnington Wood. This permanent, part-time role is 14 hours per week with day shifts. The pay rate is £13.10 per hour. The job includes assembling and processing prescriptions and supporting pharmacists with patient services in our busy store.

A safeguarding check is required and weekend work is a necessity. You will develop skills toward becoming a qualified Medicine Counter Assistant and then a Dispensing Assistant.

Qualifikationen

• Must pass enhanced safeguarding check.
• Weekend working is a requirement of the role and shifts may be flexible.
• Responsible for assembling and processing prescriptions.
• Promote extra services in Pharmacy (Prescription Collection Service, Medicines Use Reviews).
• Support the Pharmacist with delivery and record keeping of patient services (blood pressure checks, stop smoking schemes).
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and collect prescriptions from doctor surgeries for store pickup.
