Job summary

ASDA is hiring a Pharmacy Colleague in Stockport on a part-time basis (18 hours per week). The role involves processing prescriptions, assisting customers, and promoting pharmacy services in a busy in-store pharmacy environment.

You will train towards becoming a Medicine Counter Assistant within 6 months and progress to a Dispensing Assistant, with a strong focus on customer care and accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and process prescriptions accurately.
• Support Pharmacist with patient services and records.
• Promote pharmacy services (prescription collection, Medicines Use Reviews).
• Collect prescriptions from doctors’ surgeries and bring to store for collection
