About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must pass an enhanced safeguarding check.

Our stores operate 24/7, offering various shift patterns to provide flexible working options. Weekend work is required, and flexibility with work patterns may be needed.

Our in-store Pharmacies are popular, expecting warmth and friendliness, along with confidence in discussing personal health issues, resolving customer problems, and guiding customers to the right products.

You will be responsible for accurately assembling and processing prescriptions, promoting pharmacy services such as Prescription Collection and Medicines Use Reviews, supporting the Pharmacist with patient services, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures.

We will support your professional development, including completing an accredited course to become a qualified Medicine Counter Assistant within 6 months, followed by training as a Dispensing Assistant to advance your pharmacy career.

About You

You are friendly, organized, eager to work with your team, possess good computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You enjoy problem-solving, are passionate about helping people, and aim to provide a great healthcare experience.
