About the Role

Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a wide variety of shift patterns. We offer flexible working to fit around your lifestyle. Late and weekend work are required, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern.

As a service colleague, you will work across various departments to ensure the smooth running of our stores. Your daily tasks may include serving customers at checkouts, preparing pizzas, picking for home deliveries, or replenishing stock. Our focus is on providing excellent service, welcoming stores, and 'extra special' products. We work as a team to maximize sales and deliver a great online shopping experience.

About You

You will be friendly, enthusiastic about learning new skills across departments, and committed to providing a great shopping experience for customers. Helping customers find what they need and engaging in friendly conversations are key parts of the role.
