Job summary

IQVIA, via Ceuta Healthcare, is expanding its Pharmacy Field Sales team in the UK. You will build strong relationships with community pharmacy teams, educate about products, and plan efficient territory visits to meet KPIs. You’ll record all activity in CRM, ensure compliance, and support in-store merchandising and basic supply chain tasks.

Training and ongoing support are provided. The role offers a base salary with bonus, a company car, annual holidays, and a broad benefits package.

• Ability to present ideas simply and clearly (PowerPoint) and readiness to learn CRM tools.
• Curiosity about the UK pharmacy/OTC sector and a desire to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with pharmacy teams and provide clear, confident product education.
• Plan and run efficient territory visits to achieve KPIs (call rate, selling calls, orders).
• Spot local opportunities and develop new business across your territory.
• Record activity accurately in our CRM and complete day‑to‑day admin.
• Work to all relevant compliance standards, including Pharmacovigilance procedures.
• Support in‑store execution: merchandise and maintain displays, execute planograms, point of sale collateral, dress fixtures/shelves, and coordinate basic supply chain tasks, following all health & safety guidance.
• Attend bi monthly sales teams meetings 6 times per year with overnight stay required.

Ceuta Healthcare, an IQVIA company, is expanding its Pharmacy Field Sales teams to support independent pharmacies across the UK, with a new dedicated Pharmacy Team. Community pharmacy is evolving fast, with growing demand for clinical services and trusted over the counter OTC guidance. Join us to help this new pharmacy team deliver great service while driving sustainable commercial growth.

What you’ll do

Experience

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, especially those building early career experience in commercial healthcare. Sales, Retail, Pharmacy, or Over‑the‑Counter (OTC) experience is ideal, but not essential as structured training and ongoing support are provided.
