Job summary

Day Lewis Pharmacy Lordswood is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join a fast-paced, community-focused team. The role offers 32 hours per week from Monday to Friday and a competitive salary based on experience, with full training available to the right candidate.

As part of Day Lewis, you will support the Pharmacist Manager and help deliver excellent patient care in a busy pharmacy environment, with opportunities for development and progression within the Day Lewis family.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmacy or dispensing is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
• Excellent patient service and interpersonal skills are important.
• Willingness to work as part of a small, hardworking team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacist in developing the pharmacy business by ensuring the dispensary delivers a superb level of customer service and operates effectively with regards to company policies and procedures.
• Assist on the front counter and be a great welcome and support to patients.
• You will be an integral part of a small, hard-working and compact team.
• Developing relationships with patients and healthcare organisations to ensure that we deliver the most effective and patient friendly customer service.
• Team work is a vital element of this family owned chain which seeks to reward, recognise and empower hard workers.
