An NHS Trust in London is looking for a Pharmacy Assistant. The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and a commitment to professional development. Candidates should have good GCSEs and an NVQ level 2 in pharmacy services or be working towards it. This full-time position includes participation in weekend and bank holiday rotas. The advert closes on September 30, 2025.
Pharmacy assistants without an NVQ level 2 in pharmacy service skills will be considered but will be expected to work towards this as band 2 to 3 progression.
You will need to have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a large multi-disciplinary team. You will also need to be friendly, approachable, adaptable, flexible, willing to learn new skills and be committed to continuous professional development.
The department actively promotes development, education and training. To apply you will need to have good GCSEs or equivalent and an NVQ level 2 in pharmacy services or working towards completing the NVQ level 2 qualification.
This is a full time post and the post holder will be required to participate in the weekend & bank holiday rota.
