Job summary

East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Technical Officer to join the Pharmacy Department. The role involves dispensing medications to in-patients and out-patients and supporting the sale of medicines, with full in-house training provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services preferred; training available for non-qualified applicants.
• No previous pharmacy experience required; in-house training provided.

Responsibilities

• Dispense in-patient and outpatient prescriptions.
• Assist in the sale of pharmacy medicines.
• Provide reception and dispensing services for the pharmacy department.
