Job summary

I & F Limited (T/A Skills4Group) in Stafford is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to join a busy community pharmacy team. Earn while you learn by completing a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role.

You will support day-to-day pharmacy operations, assist customers at the medicines counter, help with prescriptions under supervision, stock control and maintain cleanliness and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 or equivalent in Maths and English desired.
• If Maths/English Level 2 not present, tests will determine suitability for the course.
• No previous pharmacy experience required; full training provided.

ST17 4AH We are looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to join a busy community pharmacy team. This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands‑on experience in a healthcare environment while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

Qualifications Required

GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 or equivalent, in Maths and English desired but not essential as can be provided as part of the course.

For applicants without Maths and English Level 2 or equivalent qualifications, employment will be offered on condition of completing initial Maths and English tests to determine suitability for the course.

Training to be Provided

Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 (GCSE) and Functional Skills if required.

Future Prospects

This is an exciting role that will include engaging with customers and clients to provide prescription counter services, advice, housekeeping duties such as stock rotation and stock replenishment, helping to deliver a variety of public health services whilst gaining a pharmacy qualification.

About the role

As a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice, you will support the day‑to‑day running of the pharmacy, helping customers and working closely with the pharmacy team to ensure safe and efficient service.

You will complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role, with full training and support provided.
