Job summary

Skills 4 Pharmacy in Liverpool is offering a Pharmacy Assistant Apprenticeship. You will support day-to-day operations, help customers at the counter, and complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship with full training provided.

Responsibilities include handling stock, processing prescriptions under supervision, and using pharmacy systems while maintaining high standards of safety and confidentiality. No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English are desired.
• Maths and English Level 2 (or equivalent) can be provided as part of the course.
• No prior pharmacy experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of the pharmacy and assist customers.
• Assist with the preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain cleanliness, health and safety standards and confidentiality.
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
