Job summary

Day Lewis Pharmacy in Harrogate is hiring a Pharmacy Assistant/Dispenser for 24 hours per week. You will work with the Pharmacist Manager to provide efficient dispensing, assist patients at the counter, and help deliver pharmacy services in a busy community setting.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Pharmacy Services is essential.
• Experience in a busy community pharmacy is desirable.
• Excellent communication and patient care focus.

What you'll be doing

Working alongside our Pharmacist Manager and pharmacy team, you'll:

• Help provide an efficient and friendly dispensing service
• Support patients and customers at the pharmacy counter
• Assist with the delivery of pharmacy services
• Build great relationships with patients and local healthcare professionals
• Help ensure the pharmacy follows company policies and procedures
• Work together with your colleagues to provide the best possible experience for our patients

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have previous experience working in a pharmacy and dispensing prescriptions.

An NVQ Level 2 Pharmacy Services qualification or equivalent is essential.
