Day Lewis Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant - Dispenser to join our Bradford-on-Avon team. You will support the Pharmacist in dispensing and delivering excellent patient care in a busy community pharmacy.

With a structured training path and a friendly, collaborative team, you will help maintain high standards of service, develop your skills, and contribute to a positive patient experience in our community-focused pharmacy.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Pharmacy is essential.
• Experience in pharmacy/dispensing preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacist in dispensing medicines and providing patient care.
• Welcome and assist patients at the front counter.
• Support the team in a small, busy pharmacy environment.
• Develop relationships with patients and local healthcare organisations.
• Work collaboratively to ensure high service standards.

Reporting directly to the Pharmacist Manager, your support is vital to the team in the provision of advanced and enhanced services.

• Assist the Pharmacist in developing the pharmacy business by ensuring the dispensary delivers a superb level of customer service and operates effectively with regards to company policies and procedures.
• Assist on the front counter and be a great welcome and support to patients.
• You will be an integral part of a small, hard-working and compact team.
• Developing relationships with patients and healthcare organisations to ensure that we deliver the most effective and patient friendly customer service.
