Your Mission as a Pharmacy Assistant

As a vital member of our team, you will:

• Assist in the dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist, maintaining meticulous accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
• Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients feel heard, supported, and valued.
• Contribute to the pharmacy team by maintaining an organised and efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory by organising, stocking, and ensuring the integrity of pharmaceuticals.
• Utilise computer systems for processing prescriptions, managing stock levels, and handling customer queries.
• Maintain a spotless and orderly pharmacy environment.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A foundation of pharmacy knowledge, with a preference for those holding an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills; displaying warmth, empathy, and patience.

This role offers a schedule designed to promote work-life balance with these hours: Monday 1pm - 6:15pm, Tuesday 9am - 5:30pm, Wednesday 10am - 5pm, Thursday 10am -6:15pm, Friday and Saturday 9am - 1pm Alternate weeks. Before applying, please ensure availability for these hours of 30 per week.
