Job summary

Skills 4 Pharmacy in Skipton is offering a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice position. You will support day-to-day pharmacy operations, help customers at the counter and work with the team to ensure safe, efficient service.

You will undertake the Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role, with full training and support provided. The role involves stock handling, prescription processing under supervision, and assisting with public health services.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English are desired but not essential as training can be provided.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are important.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers at the medicines counter and responding to queries
• Assisting with the preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision
• Handling stock, deliveries and maintaining accurate records
