Job summary

I & F Limited (T/A Skills4Group) seeks a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to support day-to-day pharmacy operations and assist customers with prescription counter services in a busy community setting. You will complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship alongside your role, with full training and support provided over typically 15 months.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English at A-C or 4-9 preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to pursue a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship.
• Ability to learn and follow pharmacy procedures accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
• Assist with preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales; ensure cleanliness and confidentiality.
