Job summary

Cpl Life Sciences is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to support PV activities across the UK and Ireland, with hybrid working in Berkshire (2-3 days on site) and an initial 9-month contract. You will manage end-to-end safety reporting and ensure compliance with post-authorisation requirements.

The role requires experience in pharmacovigilance within the pharmaceutical sector, knowledge of UK & Ireland regulations, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing safety reports end-to-end at affiliate level.
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences background.
• Degree in a relevant scientific discipline preferred.
• Knowledge of post-authorisation requirements for medicinal products.
• Understanding post-Brexit PV regulations for UK & Ireland.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end processing of safety reports at affiliate level.
• Process individual case safety reports accurately within timelines.
• Support compliance with UK and Ireland PV requirements.
• Contribute to post-authorisation PV activities.
• Maintain safety documentation to high standards.
• Collaborate with PV Manager and stakeholders.
• Prioritize tasks to meet regulatory deadlines.
