Job summary

HealthNet Homecare (UK) Ltd is seeking a Quality Assistant to join the Quality team. The role focuses on patient safety, pharmacovigilance reporting, and maintaining the Quality Management System within a pharmacy homecare setting.

The successful candidate will support training, ensure audit readiness, and assist with handling pharmacovigilance processes in collaboration with senior management. GCSEs in Maths and English, and strong IT skills are required.

Qualifications

Experience working in NHS, Pharmacy homecare or similar pharmacy setting.
Knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes and reporting.
Understanding of Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GxP).
Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office and cloud apps.

Responsibilities

Follow SOPs and company policy to ensure patient safety at all times.
Ensure HealthNet is audit ready at all times and maintain QMS.
Create pharmacovigilance reports for internal and external use and meet reporting requirements.
Manage pharmacovigilance group email inbox and send reports to customers on time.
Support pharmacovigilance training and update controlled documents.
