Job summary

Obsidian is seeking a Computational Pharmacokinetics & Systems Biology Expert to design graduate-level problems using libRoadRunner, Tellurium, or SBML-based tools, and to build benchmark datasets for evaluation of AI models.

You will design problems based on real scientific workflows, test them against cutting-edge AI models, and refine difficulty until the target is met. Requires graduate training, Python skills, Linux proficiency, and a commitment of 15–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level training in a relevant STEM field.
• Proven proficiency with at least one listed scientific software library (e.g., libRoadRunner, Tellurium, SBML).
• Strong Python skills for problem setups, oracle functions, and solution validators.
• Ability to work independently in a Linux/terminal environment.
• Available for at least 15–20 hours per week.
