Job summary

Boots is seeking a Pharmacist Store Manager to lead a store team, delivering exceptional patient care and driving store performance. You will coach staff, execute the pharmacy strategy, and ensure legal and ethical compliance while promoting professional services.

You will be a registered pharmacist with relevant regulators and an effective communicator capable of aligning store operations with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• The candidate must be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients and external local professionals.
• Be a great communicator; able to put people at ease and meet the varied needs of customers and patients.
• Ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales and performance of the store while keeping customers at heart.
• Deliver the pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice.
• Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.
• Build the capability of store teams and leaders.
• Conduct continual review through audits, observations and risk assessments to ensure safety.
• Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services.
