An innovative healthcare organization is looking for a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to enhance patient care through digital innovation. This role uniquely combines clinical practice with the implementation of advanced digital prescribing systems, particularly TPP SystmOne. You will work closely with pharmacy and clinical teams to ensure the effective use of these systems, while also maintaining direct patient care responsibilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on medication safety and clinical governance in a leading healthcare environment, providing high-quality services across multiple locations.
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in a dual role that combines clinical practice with digital innovation. This role sits at the intersection of pharmacy and digital services, providing a unique opportunity to influence the development, deployment, and optimisation of digital prescribing systems, particularly TPP SystmOne, including utilisation of Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) and inpatient prescribing functionality across the Urgent Treatment Centres.
The postholder will work collaboratively with pharmacy colleagues, clinicians, and digital services teams including Application Management, IT Training, and Information Governance to ensure the safe, effective, and user-friendly implementation of digital prescribing solutions. In addition to digital responsibilities, the role includes protected clinical time to maintain direct patient care activities and clinical pharmacy skills.
