We’re seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist Prescriber to join our innovative and patient-focused team. You will be key in delivering safe, effective, and convenient healthcare by conducting online consultations, prescribing medication, and advising patients per the latest clinical guidance.

This role offers the flexibility of hybrid/remote working while contributing directly to improving patient access to high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote consultations and review patient records to assess healthcare needs.
• Prescribe medications safely and effectively, following current guidelines and best practices.
• Provide clear advice on medication use, side effects, and long-term care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient queries via the medical inbox.
• Make appropriate referrals to other healthcare services where needed.
• Maintain full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and professional standards (including GPhC).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with pharmacists, customer service, and the wider team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Keep accurate, detailed, and confidential records of consultations and prescriptions.
• Follow leadership directives and maintain flexibility in working hours as per business needs.

Requirements:

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist with Independent Prescribing qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in prescribing safely and managing a patient caseload.
• Strong knowledge of current prescribing best practices and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication and digital consultation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with sound clinical judgment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Experience in online pharmacy or digital health.
• Background in customer-focused healthcare settings.
