Job Description:

Medacy is looking to recruit clinical pharmacists to support practices whilst working from home.

This is a permanent opportunity, not a locum position.

Opportunities available in SystmOne and Emis practices.

The role involves being an active part of the practice's multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Independent Prescriber Status
• At least three years of post-graduate experience
• Excellent clinical knowledge
• A commitment to ongoing learning and development
• Confidence working in a busy GP practice
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals

The minimum requirement is 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Complete medication reviews
• Support care homes
• Act as the primary contact for medication-related inquiries in practice
