Job summary

Lincolnshire Co-operative Limited is seeking a Pharmacist Manager at Bracebridge Heath. You will lead a pharmacy team, deliver safe clinical care and maintain regulatory standards while developing services and strengthening community health.

As Pharmacist Manager you will balance excellent patient care with commercial awareness, build relationships with patients and professionals, and drive NHS services. You’ll benefit from a supportive network and opportunities to progress within the co-op.

Qualifications

• Qualified pharmacist with a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) degree and GPhC registration.
• Experience delivering NHS and local pharmacy services.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to balance patient care with pharmacy performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop your pharmacy team, creating a positive learning environment.
• Deliver safe, high‑quality clinical care, including prescriptions and services.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Champion NHS and locally commissioned pharmacy services to improve access to care.
• Ensure patient safety, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations including stock, controlled drugs and processes.
