Lincolnshire Co-Op is seeking a Pharmacist Manager in Gainsborough to lead a local team of pharmacy professionals. You will deliver high-quality clinical care, manage day-to-day operations and develop services that benefit the surrounding community.

The role requires a registered pharmacist with an MPharm, strong leadership, and a passion for patient-centred care within a cooperative organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified pharmacist with MPharm and GPhC registration.
• Experience leading a pharmacy team is desirable.
• Strong patient-care and clinical governance focus.

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding patient care.
• Provide safe, effective clinical care including prescriptions and services.
