Job summary

Quad Recruitment is recruiting a Pharmacist Manager in Southampton for a fixed term maternity cover (10 months from November 2025). You will lead a friendly team, deliver high-quality patient care, and ensure efficient dispensing within a leading community pharmacy group.

The role requires a registered Pharmacist (MPharm or equivalent) with GPhC registration and leadership experience, with a focus on service delivery, staff development, and compliance.

Qualifications
