We are seeking an experienced GPhC-registered Pharmacist to join a busy community pharmacy as Pharmacy Manager. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead and develop the pharmacy team, ensuring excellent patient care, high standards of patient safety and compliance, while also driving pharmacy performance and commercial objectives.

About You

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist
• Community pharmacy experience
• Previous leadership or management experience
• Accredited to deliver NHS and Pharmacy First services
• Strong clinical, communication and leadership skills
• Able to balance patient care with commercial responsibilities

Working Pattern

44 hours per week across a two-week rota, including a combination of weekdays and weekends, with shifts between 09:00 and 21:00.
