Job summary

Michael Page is assisting a Birmingham-based community pharmacy seeking a Pharmacist Manager to lead a well-established team and deliver high-quality NHS and private pharmacy services. You will provide healthcare advice, manage prescriptions, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain patient records, and drive health promotion initiatives while maintaining excellent patient care in a local setting.

The role offers a permanent position with a salary of £55,000 to £65,000 depending on experience,

Qualifications

• Registered on the GPHC and eligible to practise as a Pharmacist.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Background in healthcare or pharmacy-related services is desirable.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare advice and services to patients and customers.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Manage stock levels and ensure availability of key products.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Handle prescriptions and provide accurate information to patients.
