Well Pharmacy in Churwell, Leeds, is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and deliver the best community pharmacy care for patients and customers. Newly qualified pharmacists are welcome, with a focus on developing your leadership skills.

You will require an MPharm degree (or equivalent) and GPhC registration on start date, with a strong track record in community pharmacy, service delivery, and team management.

Qualifications

• MPharm degree (or equivalent) and GPhC registration required.
• Management experience in pharmacy is preferred.
• Experience in community pharmacy services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee services including pharmacy first, BP checks, flu, minor ailments, and contraception.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Churwell in Leeds. THIS ROLE WOULD BE IDEAL FOR A NEWLY QUALIFIED PHARMACIST This community pharmacy is commutable from surrounding cities/towns/villages and is located on next to a GP surgery which It has a good relationship with.

• It dispenses 1000 items a week,
• It provides services including pharmacy first, blood pressure, ABPM, DMS, flu, covid, NMS, contraception, minor ailments, weigh management and a range of private services.
• It provides services to 5 substance misuse patients.
• It dispenses 20 community blisters mainly dispensed from our central hub.

This pharmacy is open Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity. You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers. You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
