Boots is seeking a pharmacist to make a real difference in the communities we serve, delivering trusted care using clinical expertise in a busy Boots setting. You will lead patient safety, uphold pharmacy standards, mentor a healthcare team, and collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance service quality for patients and customers across our Boots network.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset and eagerness to coach others.

Responsabilités

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Grow talent reflecting the communities served; coach and mentor colleagues.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
