Join our innovative team at Ysbyty Gwynedd working as part of the front door admissions team within the Emergency Department, Same Day Emergency Care, Medical Admissions and Surgical Admissions wards.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of clinical pharmacy within a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. You will be embedded in the multidisciplinary team, supporting safe and effective medicines use from the point of entry into hospital care through to supporting the transition of patient care back into the community.

This role will provide opportunity to build on your current prescribing skills and you will be supported to enrol on the advanced clinical practice pathway and gain core advanced level credentialing with the Royal College of Pharmacy. You will have mentorship from experienced advanced and consultant pharmacists.
