The Role

As a Hospital Pharmacist, you\'ll play a key role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care, supporting patients and healthcare professionals, and ensuring the safe and effective supply of medicines.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately dispensing prescription medications in line with legal and professional standards.
• Providing medication counselling and advice to patients.
• Working collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting stock management.
• Advising on over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products where appropriate.
